There are apparently ten bands playing in two rooms this Saturday (15th March). Only one of which I have actually heard of, but it could be worth checking out for a fiver.

Los Campesinos! New Single

It's called 'My Year In Lists' and is the second single to be released from the album. They're dubbing it a 'concept single' - a celebration of brevity, because it last a mere 90 seconds - the duration of all three B-sides (all of which are covers) put together.
Tracklisting:
1. My Year In Lists
2. The Eyebright Bugler (Deerhoof cover)
3. In Accordance To Natural Law (Bikini Kill cover)
4. Yr Boyfriend (Casiotone For The Painfully Alone cover)

Out 14th April.

The Teenagers Merchandise

It's very limited, and it's only twenty quid if you fancy it. Available from here.

The Maccabees Surprise Tour

On a quest to try out new songs, The Maccabees have decided to get back on the road and face the smaller venues, notably the Jabez Clegg on 28th April. This should sell quickly.

On sale now!

The Kooks Posters

It would seem that The Kooks have come back, and during their absence, have managed to lose themselves a poster-making promotor. So in typical dying record company fashion, rather than paying someone new to do it, they thought they'd rely on their faithful fans to do it for free. In return the band will scribble their names on it.
If you fancy it, you can hand in your neatly coloured-in poster at Piccadilly Records.

Joe Lean & The Jing Jang Jong Download/Radio

If you go here and give these guys your email, you get a free download of 'I Ain't Sure', from their debut album which they will be exclusively broadcasting over their own little radio station, with podcasts and stuff (here).
